GCP has rolled back the breaking change, and services are confirmed normalized. We are calling this issue resolved.

We have escalated the issue with GCP/Firebase team, and the issue is being investigated by their product/eng team. The app. site is up right now, but we are not calling this resolved. We hope to have an update in approx 1 hour.

We are aware of the outage, have isolated the issue, and working with our cloud providers to remediate. We will update as soon as we have an ETA.
