We are currently experiencing high latency impact from a Google Cloud DataStore issue, that is impacting our US services. We have engaged GCP directly and have escalated the issue. This issue is ongoing and we expect degraded service quality during this time. We will be providing updates as we have them and are working to remedy this issue as quickly as possible.

May 17 2024 2:21PM MST UPDATE - Latency performance is back with acceptable ranges, and we are calling this incident resolved. All systems are nominal.
