Team, we have had reports of the app.limacharlie.io not loading the first time. While we are investigating this issue in more depth, the quick solution is a hard refresh of the site in browser. We will update with more information as we have it.
Degraded performance in the US regions

We are currently experiencing high latency impact from a Google Cloud DataStore issue, that is impacting our US services. We have engaged GCP directly and have escalated the issue. This issue is ongoing and we expect degraded service quality during this time. We will be providing updates as we have them and are working to remedy this issue as quickly as possible.
